Regeneration of Melbourne’s famous Lygon Street.

Gleeds was appointed on the construction of a new residential and retail development in Melbourne’s iconic Lygon Street. Known as “Little Italy”, the street is the home of the city’s Italian culture whose café culture buzzes day and night.

Gleeds advised on using an "AS 4300 Construct" contract type to enable effective design and construction processes, as well as the transfer of deeds from the Principal’s Architect to the Contractor.
