Silesia Business Park

Silesia Business Park is an office complex located near the Chorzowska St. – one of the main streets in Katowice. Gleeds Polska supported the first phase of this project delivering consultancy services as Quality/Construction Supervision and Cost Consultancy both during the construction and fit-out works.

Silesia Business Park consists of 4 12-storey, A-class office buildings designed by Medusa Group. The area of this complex is 48,000m². The car park of this complex provides places for 600 cars.

The transport facilities enables workers to easy commute to the complex from every district of the city and from the suburbs. The complex provides its users with an amount of amenities as medical centre, cafeteria or canteen to make Silesia Business Centre a convenient place to work.  Tenants may also use the outdoor gym and borrow the bikes by “City by bike’ system.

Silesia Business Park is located near the large retail complex and 10 minutes far from the Śląski Park in Chorzów.

Silesia Business Park buildings are certified with LEED for implementing pro-environmental, water and energy-efficient and user-friendly solutions as elevation made of glass ensuring the access to the daylight, what minimizes the consumption of the electrical energy.
